☐ Ensure the scene is safe.
☐ Apply DRS ABC. (Danger, Response, Send for help, Airway, Breathing, CPR)
☐ Arrange first aid or other services or assistance as applicable - DIAL 111
☐ Freeze the event site unless it is to prevent further harm or major infrastructure damage.
☐ Management is to be notified immediately of any serious incidents.
☐ It is the responsibility of management to contact WorkSafe. Staff are not to contact Worksafe unless instructed by management to do so.
☐ WorkSafe to be advised as soon as reasonably practicable once management becomes aware of the incident
☐ All incidents will be investigated and an incident report form filled out via the Dashboard.
